Payment must be received in full 14 days prior to travel unless otherwise stated. Bookings made within 14 days of the travel date will require full payment at the time of booking. Minibus and coach bookings require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
If a deposit has been made for minibus or coach hire this amount will NOT be refunded regardless of the cancellation circumstances.
A) Cancellations made 14 days prior to travel will not incur any cancellation charges. If payment has already been made this will be refunded in full minus any deposit
B) Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to travel will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the hire cost.
C) Cancellations made 7 days prior to travel will be charged at 50% of the hire cost.
D) Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the arranged collection time will be charged at 100% of the hire cost.
Passengers must remain seated whilst the vehicles are in transit with seatbelts fastened correctly at all times.
The company accept no liability for injury to persons not adhering to this whilst the vehicle is in transit.
The driver has the right to remove any person from the vehicle that they deem to be behaving in an inappropriate manor.
The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on our vehicles. Alcohol should only be carried in the luggage hold of the vehicle.
It is also against the law to consume alcohol on a coach travelling to sporting events.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior and will be required to pay for any remedial work needed.
All vehicles operate a strict no smoking or vaping policy.
All luggage must be kept in the coach storage compartment; large bags will not be permitted to travel in the passenger section of any coach, minibus or taxi.
The company accepts no responsibility to lost or damaged property.
Any property found will be held at our main office for no longer than 60 days and must be collect by the owner.
In the event that a vehicle has been booked and the passenger luggage requirements are found to be greater than the luggage storage area of the hired vehicle any charges incurred in changing vehicles or increasing the vehicle size must be covered by the hirer
Additional charges may apply if a vehicle is left in an unreasonable condition by the hirer, where a vehicle has to be substituted for another vehicle to accommodate excessive luggage, extra passengers than quoted for, extra collection or drop off points or where the driver is required to wait longer than quoted for. By confirming your booking with us you accept any additional charges we may add.
All drivers will strictly follow the quoted and agreed journey between the hirer and bookings team.
Additional collection or destinations on the day will not be allowed unless arranged with the bookings team and maybe subject to additional charges at the companies’ discretion.
Drivers hours are regulated by law and must be strictly adhered to be the hirer. The hirer or passengers must not compromise the driver’s hours, drivers have the right to refuse the hirers or passengers requests if they feel this may breach their regulations.
Unless confirmed in writing by The Company, the vehicle will not be available for The Hirers incidental use when parked at any point on the outbound or return journey, nor while parked at the destination. This is to ensure The Company complies with drivers rest regulations.
The company reserve the right to sub contract work to other trusted operators.
The company may send a vehicle bigger than that already quoted at no extra charge to the hirer, or use multiple vehicle’s which total the number of seats required by the hirer. In the event of a breakdown smaller vehicles or bigger vehicles maybe used as long as the number of seats totals that of the hirers passenger numbers. This however may not be the same as the number of seats originally booked
in the event that alternative vehicles are used the company may make a good will gesture to the hirer but this is not guaranteed
The company gives its advice on journey time in good faith. In instances where a journey time is delayed or prolonged by traffic, congestion, breakdown or any other event outside of our control the company will not be held liable nor offer any compensation for loss or inconvenience.
Where a break down may occur, the company will endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible using either smaller vehicles, bigger vehicles, multiple vehicles or subcontracted vehicles. the number of seats used to rectify the situation in the quickest fashion will total the amount of passengers requiring transport but not necessarily the amount of seats originally booked
In instances where a journey time is delayed or prolonged by traffic, congestion, breakdown or any other event outside of our control the company will not be held liable nor offer any compensation for loss or inconvenience.
For all bookings including airport and station collections the driver and vehicle will wait 1 hour from the pre-booked collection time for free, any additional waiting time will then be charged to the hirer.
Quotations for travel maybe subject to change due to the hirer changing travel days, times or vehicle sizes.
By accepting the quotation given by the bookings team and making a booking with us the hirer is accepting the terms and conditions above
